"Follow Me!" Christian Childcare Center is a ministry of New Love in Christ Church to our community. Our purpose is to provide a loving "extended Christian family" environment to care for and nurture the children of parents in need of childcare.

In addition to the loving care, our spacious facility also has the largest indoor and outdoor play areas of any daycare in the community. Hot meals are prepared on site daily, and your children will have a structured educational experience in our Keystone STARS 2-certified center.

Keystone STARS Certification

Follow Me Christian Childcare Center is a certified STAR 2 childcare center. Keystone STARS is Pennsylvania's program to promote continuous quality improvement in early learning and school age environments. Quality environments help children to develop in ways that foster success in schools and life. The program helps to increase parental and community awareness of the importance of quality early learning. Keystone STARS is an easily recognizable indication that a program is working on continuous quality improvement. 

The Keystone STARS standards build on the foundation of Pennsylvania’s certification guidelines, and the name STARS is made up of letters representing the various components of the program, as follows:

         S - Standards 
         T - Training/Professional Development 
         A - Assistance 
         R - Resources 
         S - Support 

The standards were based on research-based best practices, which promote quality learning environments for all children. The standards measure four areas: 

  • Professional Development 
  • Learning Environment 
  • Leadership and Management 
  • Family and Community Partnerships
